We’ve developed ECO WASH, our own eco-efficient washing system, designed to reduce environmental impact without compromising garment quality. By replacing traditional sanding with laser technology, we eliminate hazardous methods like sandblasting and potassium permanganate spraying—reducing chemical use, water consumption, and airborne particles.
Our nano-bubble washing machines use air instead of water, improving chemical performance while minimizing waste. This innovation enhances the finish of each garment and protects both the environment and our people. ECO WASH is more than a process—it’s a commitment to smarter, cleaner denim production.
Biofuel - Advantages and benefits
At BDA Boutique Denim Factory, we have transitioned our boilers to utilize pellets—a renewable biofuel derived from compressed wood waste. This shift not only reduces our reliance on firewood, aiding in the fight against deforestation, but also enhances energy efficiency.
Pellets offer a high calorific value with clean combustion, resulting in minimal ash and lower CO₂ emissions, aligning with our commitment to sustainable manufacturing.
Reserve of fauna and flora
At BDA Boutique Denim Factory, we have established an internal reserve dedicated to the care and development of local flora and fauna. This green space is maintained through practices such as pruning and soil fertilization, ensuring a thriving environment for native species.
By integrating this reserve within our facilities, we demonstrate our commitment to biodiversity and environmental stewardship as part of our sustainable manufacturing approach.
